Quality Ragi seeds production process:

We bring chosen best quality Ragi from the grounds of KARNATAKA. We employ the unique traditional practice of handpicking, cleaning seeds, seeds drying under the sun, throwing, winnowing, and sieving.

Drying seeds under the sun is an initial yet most needed process of best quality ragi production. Ready Crops are spread on large sheets to soak the sunlight for days. Drying under the sunlight makes them very crispy. It removes the moisture from the seeds and detaches from one another. Drying ragi under sunlight Image should be placed.

Threshing and winnowing process of dry ragi seeds, by which chaff is, get separated from the grain. The winnowing of ragi seeds removes pests from stored grain. Winnowing usually follows threshing in grain preparation.

The next step is the process of Sieving ragi seeds which separates fine particles from bigger particles. It’s necessary to remove impurities like husks and stones. This process is very keen and careful.

After the process of winnowing and sieving, most of the impurities get removed from the ragi seeds. Yet Hand-picking is a traditional, keen, and final separation method. It produces the finest quality of ragi filled with nourishment and ready to ship.
